Fast Company magazine has just published the list of the 100 most creative people in the business world. They wanted to find people who have managed to create a successful business by thinking creatively. Of course, first place went to Jonathan Ive from Apple.

It's interesting to see that this list of high-flyers includes five names from the fashion world.

Stella McCartney is in 13th place, for having created her own 'responsible luxury' market in fashion. Few fashion brands can parallel the success she's had in linking with environmental and animal causes. Organic luxury really works.

Jil Sander's deal with Uniqlo has placed the German designer in 24th position: she's reinvented her style and Uniqlo seem to now have the authentic Jil Sander.

Marc Jacobs is a unique designer who turns all he touches to gold and who has made fashion an eclectic creative space. His cheap Marc by Marc Jacobs items, with flip flops for $11, have been a big hit.

Hussein Chalayan has used his passion for technological innovation in fashion to collaborate with brands like Puma, creating business success stories that place him in 62nd position.

Zaha Hadid is an architect, but she doesn't pass up various opportunities to lend his style to fashion brands, for anything from shoes to travelling museums. Her name is already a brand, and it earned 400% profits last year. Hadid's in 68th position.

Finally, at 98th place is The Sartorialist (Scott Schuman), thanks to the webpage where he posted stylish photos he took in the street. Now he's GQ columnist, collaborator with Vogue and photographer for brands like DKNY... All in all a huge success.

We'll leave you with the link, so you can take a look at the rest of the list...
