The photos show Madonna in her role as housewife: with her laundry, relaxing after sweeping an indoor patio and sitting near the bed.
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana wanted to honor the image of a typical Sicilian housewife - the essence and roots of their brand.
Steven Klein was responsible for the photography. He appears in some of the shots with the designers, choosing the final images for the campaign.
