02/08/10 - This season Alexis Mabille presents his first collection of men's lingerie. It's accompanied by a short that was inspired by Jean-Luc Godard's films. The short takes inspiration from male vulnerability in the context of a nightmare.

Alexis Mabille got lots of media attention because of his exquisite bow-ties, and now here's his first collection of men's lingerie. The six different styles are made of exquisite materials like silk and Swiss cotton.

The designer wanted to accentuate male forms with a luxurious new line. To present his creations, he's made a video inspired by the Nouvelle Vague and films from the mid-fifties. His main source of inspiration was Le Mepris, a film directed by Jean-Luc Godard. Alexis brings us a vision of male vulnerability in the context of a nightmare.
