Maripol is a French designer, artist and stylist who moved to New York in the seventies to try her hand at fashion.

In the eighties the designer became one of the essential stylists for pop artists, creating Debbie Harry's and Grace Jones's most famous looks. But she will be particularly remembered for being Madonna's stylist after Like A Virgin became a big hit. Her looks characterized an era, a whole decade.

Now, the famous stylist is collaborating with Marc Jacobs to create a capsule collection for the Marc by Marc Jacobs line. The line features t-shirts and vibrantly colored accessories that are to sell for under $50.
