Dries Van Noten surprises us with an interesting blend of styles, combining masculine tailoring and casual combat references with lots of animal prints and classic fifties-style elegance.
Fantasy blends with chic details and ethnic and combat touches - we like it. Van Noten himself defined the collection as a mix of fifties and sixties cuts with a hint of rebellion.
Tailored jackets are teamed with Indian inspired necklaces and fifties style sunglasses, which fit perfectly in this strange fashion fusion. There are leopard prints on scarves and coats worn over combat looks - a current trend the designer has reinterpreted in an interesting way.
