Calla, the brand headed by Haynes, made its debut at New York Fashion Week with a modest event. Models posed in the corner of a modern room, with wooden chairs and retro lines...

The new fall collection is very feminine and slightly abstract, with the brand's iconic blend of prints. Expanded wood grain and textures reminiscent of marble formed surreal digital prints. Semi-opaque textiles featured in many styles, such as straight-lined minidresses, two-piece suits with ankle-length pants, long chiffon dresses and the occasional tweed coat. The styling, done by Lula editor Leith Clark, used color to add a sweet touch.
