This fall winter 2010, the Fendi ad campaign again bears the hallmarks of Karl Lagerfeld's photography. Anja Rubik is back as his muse, in a campaign and photo-shoot inspired by Edward Hopper's paintings.
Fendi is Karl Lagerfeld's Italian vision of fashion. This new line features lots of saffron, contained coats, an interesting patchwork of leathers and references to Edward Hopper's paintings.
The color palette is dominated by saffron, gray and some interesting touches of blue.
The leather jackets, made up of the remnants of various leathers, are the key products in the collection.
The wide garments are ideal for comfort, warmth and movement. It's a whole new way of wearing leather, the brand's traditional textile.
Their mink coats have passed into the history books, with the arrival of a new range of precise, minimalist shapes.
For the evening, there are dark shades, transparent materials and shiny, elegant leather for true sophistication and femininity.
