Kate Moss was born in Addiscombe, in the south London suburb of Croydon (Surrey). She was discovered at the end of the eighties, in 1988, by Sarah Doukas (founder of the modelling agency Storm) in JFK international airport when she was 14 years old. Moss became the anti-supermodel of the nineties.

However, she was seduced by the fashion industry, and she's since worked with brands like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Chanel, Missoni, David Yurman... Her most famous jobs were for Burberry and Dior.

On 29th September 2002, Moss gave birth to a girl called Lila Grace at London's St John and Elizabeth Hospital. The girl's father is Jefferson Hack. Moss's ex-boyfriends include American actor Johnny Depp and controversial British musician Pete Doherty.

She lost a few contracts due to drug use, but soon after she renewed her advertising contracts with brands like Yves Saint Laurent and Longchamp.
