10/07/09 - This regular collaborator with Purple magazine was one of the top photographers for Purple Sexe, an editorial whose influence is reflected in the sexual nature of her current style. She started out as a stylist, and now she's a famous fashion photographer.

Katja Rahlwes is a German fashion photographer who began her career in London and Paris, where she studied fashion design at the Bercot Studio. Between 1995 and 2004 she worked as a fashion stylist, and then she turned her talents to photography.

This regular collaborator with Purple magazine was one of the top photographers for Purple Sexe, an editorial whose influence is reflected in the sexual nature of her current style.

During the first stage of her career, she was a stylist for Biba magazine and collaborated with I-D and Dazed & Confused.

Now, as a photographer, her shots have been used in campaigns for Gucci, Miu Miu, Chloé, Martin Margiela, Hysteric Glamour and Levi´s.
